I'm Mitch, a full-time property investor & developer with a goal to create 100 high-end co-living rooms through my brand, 'Spaces' Co-living.

I started my entrepreneurial journey as a sole trader locksmith straight from School, starting as an apprentice for a local company before becoming fully qualified and venturing out into the world of business aged 23.

In 2012, I purchased my first investment property, which was a one bed apartment in Portsmouth. Fast forward 10 years, I have now gradually built my property portfolio to £11 million by 2023.

This was all while I started, scaled and exited two successful companies with a multi seven figure enterprise value.

I'm now full time in property, building on a foundation of knowledge having completed various developments of all sizes, including a number of Sui Generis HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) conversions, commercial conversions, and new build land developments.

It's also important to me to pass on the knowledge I have obtained to others, so they too can create wealth and freedom through property as I have done.
